Orders received by 11:00 AM are usually shipped on the same day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• Phone Number which is valid and should be able to pick when the courier calls you for directions.

Salonlo has partnered with Delhivery and delivers to all major pin codes across India! Our other delivery partners are Fedex, Ecom, DTDC, Shadow fax, DHL, Amazon, Flipkart logistics via Shiprocket.

We usually ship all orders within 0-2 working days, however, some delays might occur on rare occasions due to managing inventory from distributors to warehouses. Delivery timelines are measured in working days which exclude Sundays and public holidays. In case of delays, we will ensure that you are duly informed. Based on the address provided, most orders reach our customers within 3-5 working days after the order has been shipped (in Metros).

The delivery timeline mentioned at the time of order or in these terms are only indicative. Though Salonlo endeavours to deliver the product on time, it shall not be responsible for delays caused by the delivery partners and / or circumstances which are beyond the control of Salonlo.

In the event that product(s) are returned due to the non-availability of a customer, we will cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refunds Policy. If you would still like to receive the product(s), we request you to place the order again.

All orders undergo rigorous quality checks before they are packed, and handed over to our trusted Delivery partners.

Shipping Cost: Free shipping is available on standard delivery orders worth Rs 499/-or more. In case the order value is less than Rs 499/-, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 49 is levied.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We provide Cash On Delivery for all customers across India. There is no minimum order value, but it comes with a COD fee of Rs. 99/-. This fee is charged by our courier partners to collect money at the time of delivery.
